Refund & Exchange Policy
At Ahsan Electronics, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, please note that we follow a No Refund Policy. We do offer exchanges under certain conditions as outlined below.
1. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Ahsan Electronics does not offer refunds on any purchased products.
2. Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange if:
The product is faulty, damaged, or not working properly at the time of delivery
The issue is reported within 24–48 hours of receiving the product
The product is unused and returned in its original packaging with all accessories
All exchange requests are subject to product inspection and approval by our team.
3. Delivery Charges
In case of exchange:
If the product was delivered to your location, delivery charges will be applicable again
The customer will be responsible for paying all delivery and re-delivery charges
4. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following cases will not be eligible for exchange:
Physical damage caused by the customer
Products without original packaging or missing accessories
Requests made after the allowed time period
5. Manufacturer Warranty
For issues arising after usage, customers are advised to contact the respective brand’s authorized service center under the official warranty policy.
6. Right to Refuse
Ahsan Electronics reserves the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
